What kind of equipment do you run?
It varies by location, but the majority of our fleet are Prevost and Van Hool motorcoaches. Our stellar maintenance team keeps them in tip-top shape -- both in appearance and performance. Breakdowns are rare.
I’m a very experienced driver. Do I need to go through your training?
Yes. At All Aboard America, we believe in setting everyone up for success. This starts with our training program, where you’ll get familiar with our equipment, technology, and the way we do things at AAA. During our two-week, paid training program, you’ll spend time with trainers, mentor drivers, and our management team.
What is the schedule like?
Schedules vary by type of work and location. Our charter drivers enjoy the variety of every day being different, including some over-the-road tours to beautiful places. Our fixed route drivers enjoy set schedules with regular hours where they are home every night.
Do you have benefits?
Yes. We offer a customizable benefits package where you can choose from 14 different benefits.
What’s the best thing about working at All Aboard America?
We regularly ask our team members this and they answer, “the people and the pay!” If you’re looking to be part of team who cares for each other, helps each other be their best and has fun together, then AAA is the place for you. Join us today.
