What It Takes to Join the Team:
- CDL Class A or B with Passenger (P) endorsement (Required)
- 2+ years of commercial driving + 6 months of motorcoach experience in the past 5 years preferred (Required)
- Safe driving record (limited tickets/accidents as outlined)
- Able to pass DOT physical, drug screen, background check, and agility test
- At least 23 years old with a positive, service-first mindset
- Able to reliably commute to Midland/Odessa
