We have an immediate opening in our Sales Department for a Charter Sales Representative! The Charter Sales Associate for All Aboard America! is responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned territory. This individual must effectively promote/sell the company’s luxury motorcoach services by personally responding to web inquiries, cold calling contacts, and securing new business accounts/customers. The incumbent plays an integral role in the Sales Department by taking ownership of the goals/targets for Mesa territory.

What does a Charter Sales Representative do? 

  • Builds/maintains relationships with all current and potential customers, promoting the AAA! brand and portfolio of services
  • Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Solely responsible for Charter Web Inquires from Web Portal/sales email/phone.
  • Responds immediately to customer inquiries for service through all types of communication media (phone, email, social media, etc.).
  • Makes outbound telephone calls and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
  • Manages/guides the customer through the complete sales cycle (quote, confirm, collect), ensuring accuracy of all data in the charter booking system.
  • Ensures all trips booked meet all State and Federal laws and regulations.
  • Partners with the Operations and Maintenance teams to ensure vehicle availability and proper assignment as needed.
  • Collaborates with the leadership team to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
  • Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new motorcoach services.
  • Adheres to all Company procedures, values and policies.
  • Performs duties as efficiently as possible, reducing costs when possible; maintains receipts for all job-related expenses, submitting them to accounting on a weekly basis.
  • Maintains a safe working environment at all times; reports any unsafe working condition to Director of Sales or Location Manager immediately.
  • Follows all Company policies and procedures.

What are the minimum requirements to be a Charter Sales Representative?

  • Previous transportation sales experience required.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite required.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment controlled substance test and criminal background check.
