We're seeking a Charter Sales Manager to join our elite team of Sales Professionals!

Position Summary
The Charter Sales Manager has responsibility over the day-to-day inside charter sales and their team of Charter Sales Representatives.

Qualifications:
  • Tourism, transportation, and/or hospitality management required
  • 3+ years experience in a sales role
  • 1+ year experience managing people (sales or non)
  • Previous transportation sales experience preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Moderate computer and math skills
  • Ability to pass pre-employment controlled substance test and criminal background check

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate 1-3 Charter Sales Representatives to exceed charter revenue goals.
  • Work with the Sales Director to develop and implement sales tactics to achieve revenue targets, exceed KPIs, and expand our customer base.
  • Focus on sales processes and strategies to increase close rates.
  • Manage and negotiate charter contracts with key clients.
  • Collaborate on marketing and business development to increase customer engagement.
  • Monitor metrics regularly and recommend strategic adjustments.
  • Coordinate with Operations team to collect accurate trip information and sell an achievable schedule.
  • Represents the All Aboard America! brand in a positive manner to all individuals as an advocate for the Company.
