We're seeking a Charter Sales Account Manager to join our elite team of Sales Professionals!

Position Summary
The Charter Sales Account Manager is an ambassador for key clients, large accounts, and complex sales, focusing on sports and leisure travel. Account Managers are responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and maximized profitability of trips. Where applicable, the Charter Sales Account Manager will manage and negotiate charter contracts with partners such as schools and universities in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

  • Previous transportation sales experience preferred
  • 3+ years experience in a sales role preferred
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills required
  • Driver’s license with clean/acceptable motor vehicle record required
  • Ability to pass pre-employment controlled substance test and criminal background check
Job Responsibilities:
  • Represents the All Aboard America! brand in a positive manner to all individuals as an advocate for the Company.
  • Manages large/key accounts (sports & leisure travel) ensuring flawless execution of service, collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
  • Responds immediately to customer inquiries for service, guiding customers through the complete sales cycle, and ensuring accuracy of all data in the charter booking system.
  • Builds/maintains relationships with current and potential customers, promoting the AAA! brand and portfolio of services.
  • Oversees pricing of service for large/key accounts focusing on revenue growth and profitability of sales.
  •  Meets with clients offsite as needed to ensure client needs are being met.
  • Identifies smaller accounts where AAA! is not their sole service provider and cultivates/strengthens relationships in effort to capture/obtain their full portfolio of business.
  • Partners with leadership and other departments to ensure effective and efficient operations and opportunities for growth of the business.
  • Takes on-call responsibility, when needed.
