We’re seeking multiple Minivan Drivers for a new contract, providing transportation for our client between Midland airport and Big Spring.

Total Rewards package includes:

Schedule: 3-4 days a week, 8-hour shifts, a.m. and p.m. available.
Requirements:
– Valid Class C license
– Minimum 5 years driving experience
– Minimum 1 year professional driving experience in a company vehicle (box truck, delivery driver, etc.)
– Clean driving record
– Stable work history and strong work ethic
– Speak/read/write in English fluently
– Legally authorized to work in the United States
– Able to life luggage up to 50 pounds
– Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
– Have a positive attitude, a glass is half full mentality, with a passion for serving others
Minivan Driver job responsibilities:
▪ Review route assignments and schedules with Operations, and ensure all information is fully understood before departing
▪ Check that company vehicles are clean, orderly, and well maintained before departing
▪ Perform all pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection tasks, and add fluids as required
▪ Safely negotiate various routes through varied terrain and geographic areas
▪ Interact with clients, customers, and fellow company drivers onsite in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
▪ Assisting passengers in boarding and exiting the vehicle, and luggage loading and unloading
▪ Document activities and forms as required
▪ Comply with all applicable government regulations, policies, and standards as well as all company administrative policies, procedures, and safety rules in all activities
▪ No cell phone or mobile device usage while driving
▪ Proactively communicate with Operations and customer any service issues (e.g., late pickups, late departures), and ensure other incidents are relayed to appropriate parties
▪ Inspect vehicle for items left behind and coordinate immediate return to customer when possible, or submit to Operations
▪ Provide operational feedback to Operations to help improve service response
▪ Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing additional tasks and assignments as needed
